So while I've been away on my summer holiday, someone has been gaining popularity FAST. Popularity not just restricted to Asian countries but Gangnam style has practically gone viral. It's all everybody's raving about these days and I don't blame them. PSY is awesome and so is the song. It's so catchy and the lyrics have swag but it's sweet too. And although the horse riding dance move was awkward to watch at first, it then became addictive. Whenever the song is played, that's all you're gonna think of.
I'm really glad that it's PSY who's gaining such immense love from around the world. He's been a pretty underrated artist in Korea and if there was anyone who deserved all this fame, it would be him. He was an artist who always stayed true to his music and although sometimes he could be labelled as 'whacky', he was proud of it. He didn't pretend to gloss up his appearance or act like someone the public would love. He was just himself. And most of all, he's humble. He seems a little uncomfortable with all the fame he's gained overnight but I'm sure this would be a great turn around for his career.
