SOMETHING FISHY...

During dinner just now, we realised we got cheated.

Not just your typical backstabbing, bad mouthing cheated kinda way but..

WE GOT CHEATED BY A FISH!

We had Asam fish for dinner and it was soft and squishy. You know, the kinda taste where you know the fish has been dead - for a long time. We asked our mum what happened and she said, when she bought the fish, it looked like this..

With its clear and determined eyes, she was sure it was gonna taste good. Well, she was proven wrong. Instead, it tasted like this..

Oh well, lesson learnt. Never judge a fish by its..shiny eyes!

By the way, if you have never tried the Asam fish before, it is highly recommended! Just remember, buy a fresh fish! :D
